If generation fails

If your dance video fails to generate, you can retry the same video without paying again. Sign in, open My videos in the creator, select the affected video and use the retry action when offered. If the status needs review or no retry action is available, contact support with the video or order reference.

A free retry is not a cash refund. Do not place another order to resolve a failed video unless you intend to purchase a separate video.

Refund and billing requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, as described in our Terms of Service. For a failed order that remains unresolved, an unexpected charge or a duplicate charge, email [email protected]. Explain what happened and include your order reference and account email. We do not promise automatic cash refunds or a fixed review time. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

Never send a full card number, security code, password, identity document or private portrait in your support email.
